Baytree

Located in the Baytree community of Viera, this project was a full exterior window and door upgrade designed to bring cohesion, light, and everyday ease to the home.

The scope included 22 windows, three two-panel sliding glass doors, one three-panel pocket door, two single entry doors, and one double door—a comprehensive installation that touches nearly every elevation of the house. With so many openings involved, precision and consistency were key, ensuring each window and door worked together visually and functionally.

The result is a home that feels more open and connected, with smooth transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces and a clean, refined exterior presence. From the rhythm of the windows to the expansive door systems, this project reflects careful planning, solid craftsmanship, and an upgrade that enhances both the structure and the daily experience of the home.
