This Viera home underwent a full exterior upgrade with 14 new windows, three sliding glass doors, and a double door replacement — installed with precision to enhance both performance and curb appeal.
Three window openings required stucco cut-outs to properly access and remove the original fasteners. The new units were secured using the same structural attachment method, then protected with a three-layer waterproofing system: back caulking at the attachment point, high-performance window tape as a secondary moisture barrier, and finished stucco and paint to restore a seamless exterior.
The result is a clean, cohesive finish that strengthens each opening and blends naturally with the home’s façade — craftsmanship built for long-term performance in Florida’s climate.
