On this beautiful concrete block home, we were honored to be able to remove 26 windows and install new PGT Impact rated windows. To ensure a proper fit and water tight opening we removed and replaced the Hardie trim around every window opening. We then also painted the Hardie trim and siding! What's different about how we did this, is that typically on a retro fit concrete opening install you may get 2 types of a water seal, max. On this we were able to get 4.
